Treason with Privileges: The Curious Case of the Government’s Purse Holder

There are no coincidences in forensics. When the central figure in an FBI–NABU probe — the President’s so-called “wallet man,” the keeper of the government’s off-the-books accounting — vanishes from his Kyiv apartment exactly four hours before a special-forces raid, it isn’t luck. It’s a special operation.

Timur Mindich’s escape on the night of November 10 is a confession signed on Bankova. This is the moment of truth, when the masks of “patriots” fall and the grin of looters shows through.

I tried to assemble the full picture: Operation Midas, the deliberate sabotage of our energy sector, the arrests of honest investigators, and the “green corridor” for traitors. The conclusion is unmistakable: an organised criminal group is operating in Ukraine, using state symbols as its cover.

Night Transit: VIP Pass to Hell

Let’s drop the illusions. Mindich fled in the dead of night. The country is under a strict curfew. For ordinary Ukrainians, that means checkpoints, ID checks, and “face to the asphalt.” For the President’s “wallet man,” the night highway turned into a green-lit escape lane.

A civilian car speeds hundreds of kilometers toward the border at 4 a.m. without a single stop; you need one thing: a synchronized order running down the entire power vertical.

SBU: “blinded” and provided support
Police: Received orders to turn away.
Border guards: Instead of arrest, they saluted.

Who has a phone capable of paralyzing the work of all security forces simultaneously? It’s not Yermak or Tatarov. The President gave personal permission for this trip. Zelenskyy used the resources of a warring state (intelligence, counterintelligence) to take his accomplice out of the FBI’s reach. This is pure, distilled treason.

Sacrifice: The Maghamedrasulov Case

Now look at this system in the mirror. While Mindich is sipping coffee in Tel Aviv, the man who tried to stop him is rotting in a Kyiv pre-trial detention centre.

Ruslan Maghamedrasulov — a NABU investigator, the man who unravelled the knot of “necroeconomics” and led the Mindich case. He was taken out of the game. The SBU, now behaving like the cartel’s private security detail, fabricated charges and threw the detective behind bars just as the investigation was reaching its end.

This is classic mafia omertà. Zelenskyy’s government has sent a clear signal to every law-enforcement officer: “If you touch the president’s friends, you will go to prison. If you steal with us, you’ll get a medal — and an escort to the border.”

Operation Midas and the Energy of Passion

Why was he saved so urgently? Because Mindich is the key to Operation Midas — a scheme to siphon off billions from Energoatom. 10-15 percent kickbacks, pressure on contractors, and the withdrawal of more than $100 million through the laundering networks of FSB asset Andrii Derkach.

And this is where our “favourite” energy bloc steps into the light. The resignations of Minister Herman Galushchenko and his deputy, Svitlana Hrynchuk, are not a routine rotation. They are an attempt to jump from a sinking ship.

NABU’s surveillance materials exposed an ugly truth: appointments in this strategic sector were made not on merit, but through intimacy, loyalty and personal dependence. Galushchenko and Hrynchuk ran the energy sector like a private boudoir. While the country sat in darkness, these necromancers built schemes, blending national interests with personal entanglements.

We are dealing with a government where “tenderness” toward the boss outweighs competence. This is necro-favoritism — a system in which positions are handed out through beds, political or literal, and personal loyalty is valued above the lives of soldiers and the security of the state.

FBI and Marked Dollars

Mindich’s escape is an act of panic. The FBI has entered the game — and the Americans are not interested in our political Santa Barbara. They are interested in their money. There is now a strong suspicion that international aid funds were laundered through Mindich’s schemes. These are marked dollars.

Had Mindich been caught in Kyiv, he would have betrayed everyone: Galushchenko, Yermak, and the main beneficiary of Bankova. That is why he was extracted. The authorities saved their “wallet,” but they compromised the entire country. For Washington, the signal is clear: Kyiv is not acting as a partner, but as an accomplice.

NSDC: Circle of Guarantee

And here is the final chord of cynicism. The Cabinet has submitted sanctions against Mindich to the National Security and Defense Council. Consider who sits on the NSDC: Galushchenko is there. Hrynchuk is there. Svyrydenko is there — the official who shielded this court of favourites. Yermak is there, the architect of silence. Will they vote against themselves?

SENTENCE

The masks have been blown off. Mindich’s escape, four hours before the raids, is proof that the moles reach the very top. This is no longer corruption. This is treason in wartime.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy has made his choice. He chose to save his looting friends at the cost of destroying justice and Ukraine’s relations with the West. He has built a state where:

• Ministers are appointed for humility.

• Traitors are whisked away by special SBU transport.

• Honest investigators rot in prison.

This brothel must be closed. While they “make love” with the budget and hostile businesses, Ukraine is being destroyed. And if the President thinks Mindich’s escape marks the end of the story, he is gravely mistaken. This is only the beginning of the end of his regime. The FBI does not forgive. And the people of Ukraine — even less so.
