The Russian Federation is moving from open threats to specific subversive actions on the territory of European states. At the same time, the countries of the European Union have faced serious problems in trying to prepare their territory for a possible defense.
On the air of the “Pryamiy” TV channel, Ukrainian politician and diplomat Roman Bezsmertny analyzed the Russians’ publication of the addresses of European factories that produce drones, calling it an alarming warning for the West.
“This list, which is printed, is not so much a tip on where to do, to commit these sabotages, as a signal that it will be done,” the studio guest noted.
According to him, in Germany, France and the UK, trials of agents and recruiters are already taking place every month. In addition to classic espionage, the aggressor uses hybrid methods on the borders with Belarus and Finland.
Bezsmertny noted that tensions are constantly rising, and the Kremlin’s sabotage network is seriously harassing European governments, attacking electronic networks and using mines or balloons to deliver explosives.
At the same time, the diplomat is convinced, European countries have faced serious problems in trying to prepare their territory for a possible defense. Bezsmertny drew attention to the fact that European civil communications are not adapted for the rapid transfer of heavy weapons and electronic warfare systems.
“It takes 45 days to deliver weapons and military equipment, for example, from Portugal to Poland. That is, these are unacceptable things,” the politician emphasized.
He cited the example of Germany, where Leopard tanks literally collapse bridges during exercises that were not designed to withstand such a load. Despite the allocation of funds for infrastructure, Europeans are only beginning to realize the scale of the threat.
Currently, Germany has turned into a continuous training ground, where civilian hospitals, with the help of Ukrainian consultants, are learning to work in conditions of constant drone attacks, while at the same time there is an acute shortage of personnel in the armies of NATO countries, – informs Roman Bezsmertny.
The Russian Defense Ministry recently published a list of companies located in Europe that allegedly produce and supply drones to Ukraine. Such a move, the press service of the ministry claims, will lead to an escalation of the military-political situation on the European continent and the transformation of these countries into Ukraine’s strategic rear.
Recall that the Kremlin is actively forming the psychological and informational basis for a possible future war against NATO. At the same time , Russia is creating a network of “Trojan horses” , buying up real estate near military bases of NATO countries, to launch a coordinated sabotage campaign. The Kremlin has also intensified its propaganda campaign regarding the creation of the “Narva People’s Republic” , which may indicate that the Kremlin is preparing to attack Estonia.
